Mark Wetherhold is a real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, finance, estates, investment properties and property management.  I have spent many years serving the public in retail and restaurant settings, which has helped me to develop and provide the best possible assistance to every one of my clients.

Mark Wetherhold is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a BA in Hotel & Restaurant Management.  He’s a certified realtor with National Association of Realtors and a Certified Probate Expert.  Mark is also certified in VA Loan services, he also specializes in short sales, REO’s and divorce listings.  He has also developed two books on the subject of divorce and inherited listings.

He handles all aspects of the real estate transaction from initial consultation through closing.  He prepares CMA’s, customized marketing plans for each individual property to obtain maximum sales price.

Mark has called Central PA his home since 2006.  He has been married to his wife Kim for over 30 years and has 3 children.  He enjoys family time, the outdoors, soccer and golf.
